Tokyo Metropolitan Government Buildings

The Metropolitan Buildings consist of three main buildings(Completed: March 1991)
Tokyo Metropolitan Main Building No.1(EastTower/WestTower) 
~243 meters (797 ft) high with forty-eight stories above
Tokyo Metropolitan Main Building No.2
~163 meters (535 ft) high with thirty-four stories above
Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly Building
~41 meters (135 ft) high with seven stories above
 
It is an ultra-high-rise buildings in Japan at that time was planned during the bubble economy
The building was saidtax Tower」or「Bubble tower 
but  It  is  the most popular in the foreign tourists in Tokyo~Admission: Free of charge
Kenzō Tange  Design 
He was one of the most significant architects of the 20th century and designed major buildings on five continents
